After graduating from Bolu İzzet Baysal University's Department of Psychology in 2020, she began her undergraduate studies in Sociology at Anadolu University. During her undergraduate studies, she completed clinically focused internships in Turkey and Portugal, participating in group therapy, case observations, and supervision meetings in addiction, occupational therapy, and art therapy. She gained knowledge of psychopharmacology in a psychiatric outpatient clinic and worked on assessment tests and observations in the field of child development.

She has received training in art therapy from the Art Psychotherapy Association, the University of Florida (Healing with the Arts), and Istanbul Art with Life. She is currently in the thesis phase of the Istanbul Art with Life Art Therapy Practitioner Training (STUE). She also completed training in user experience and design at CalArts and strengthened her addiction skills with training from Kültegin Ögel. She also completed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training with DATEM and Ebru Şalcıoğlu, completing the supervision process.

She started her career as a psychologist in a non-governmental organization in 2021; she worked with individuals with Down syndrome as a Learning and Development Specialist for 3 years, and provided consultancy and training to 25+ industry-leading companies such as Hilton, KFC, D&R, Deichmann, and the families of individuals with special needs.

In 2024, she worked as an art therapy practitioner at the French Private Lapé Hospital, where she practiced cinema therapy and poetry therapy in the hospital's inpatient Addiction and Adolescent wards. She currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Art Psychotherapy Association. She continues her artistic practice in the fields of literature, digital arts, and ceramics. She conducts group work with adolescents and adults. Her areas of expertise include addiction, depression, anxiety disorders, stress management, grief, migration experiences, exam anxiety, and divorce, and she offers psychological support services on these topics.

It began operating under Deutsches Rotes Kreuz as of November 2025. It provides services in Turkish, German and English.
