Self-Care Through Art Workshop

Led by psychologist Bilge Arslan, the workshop aims to shape our relationship with daily stress through self-care practices and foster mindfulness-focused therapeutic interaction using art therapy. You don't need any prior art practice to participate.
The workshop will take place on Sunday, April 27th between 12:00 - 14:30 in 2 sessions via Zoom.
